We have failed our Mission if we cannot make our Superior Product Affordable.

From our Farm we have Two Methods of Purchasing our Beef:

The First Method is to visit us at the Abingdon Farmer's Market or the Bristol State Street Farmer's Market.  At the Farmer's Markets we sell individual cuts of beef or you can place an order for future pick-up.

The Second Method is to contact us either on Facebook, this Website or call to discuss how we may supply you.

​You might have noticed we are obsessed with providing you with a Superior Experience.  We know that the Butcher is key.  As a result we interviewed USDA Inspectors in VA and TN for the best Butcher to use.  To this end we developed an inspection process and visited Butchers in VA, NC and TN.  We wanted cleanliness, excellent process control, active owners and a Butcher who would treat our animals with respect.  We also wanted a Butcher who wanted to engage our Customers in the Process.  We found this with Double L Meat Processors in Jonesville, VA.
